At the beginning of autumn, along with white flowers and cotton clouds, Pujo also arrives in Bengal. This festival is like a kaleidoscope where people from all walks of life come together to add their bits of colour to create a carnival which has achieved world-wide recognition. Durga Puja has been declared as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Asian Paints Sharad Shamman is a pioneer since 1985 in celebrating and honouring the best Pujo celebrations in respect of art, taste and culture. This year will be the 38th year of Sharad Shamman, a strong testament to Asian Paints legacy of four decades in Kolkata and West Bengal. Asian Paints has initiated another homage to the sweet memories of this great festival through this podcast - Madhur Smriti.
