25-year-old Arianna N. Fobes, a Beloit resident, was identified as the victim of a homicide in Beloit. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital on December tenth. The cause and manner of her death are still under investigation. The incident occurred in the nineteen hundred block of Colony Court on Wednesday evening. Police assure the community of no ongoing danger and are limited in information release to protect the investigation. A GoFundMe page has been set up for Fobes family.
