Why Is Dieting Difficult?
In this episode of the Make Fit Happen Podcast Amanda and Jupe discuss the mental and physical changes that occur when you go on a diet. They discuss what happens physiologically in your body that can cause mental and physical fatigue and make it much harder to continue to diet. They also discuss predisposition of weight gain or loss and how that can affect you during dieting. They end with a discussion of their own experiences while dieting and what recommendations they have for you in order to be successful on your diet
