Formerly All That Scratch, the podcast returns in a new format and new name to delve deeper into the creative processes of writing a new musical. Previous shows featured have since premiered in the West End, and had extensive productions off West End, regionally and internationally.

Long before Peter Pan, the Lost Boys, Hook and Wendy, Tinker Bell had a story of her own. Tinker Bell has fled Neverland which has been taken over by Hook and his Pirates and seeks refuge with the Kensington Garden Fairies, but new threats await her in this new world and Tinker Bell must use her talents to save her friends and find her way back home.


Featuring songs ‘Things I’ve Done Wrong’ (working title) performed by Aimee Good and ‘Progress’ performed by Lauren Hendricks & Ryan Carey-Hills.


Ryan Carey-Hills (he/him) Music & Lyrics

Ryan has created scores for an all-female production of ‘Macbeth’ at the Chiswick Playhouse and Thorington Theatre; and for the play ‘ A Brief Moment and Never Again Since’ at Vaults Festival, which then transferred to Greenwich Theatre. As a songwriter and musician, he also works alongside Soul artist JoCee. @rcarey_hills / @careyhillshendricks


Lauren Hendricks (she/her) Book & Lyrics

Lauren’s writing credits include a stage adaptation of Narnia in collaboration with the CS Lewis Estate; and a short film In Rümî’s Field, which received an honourable mention from Scriptwriters Co, and goes into filming production later this year. Completed screenplays include La Maupin; & Cockroach. @lauren_h088 / @careyhillshendricks


As a writing duo, Carey-Hills & Hendricks wrote ’”Nursery Crimes” back in 2009 - a comedy musical which was listed by the Evening Standard as one of the Top 10 New Musicals, and reached the semi-finals of the West End Producer competition. Carey-Hills & Hendricks are also known for their political satire and comedy songs on TikTok and have provided music for various advertising campaigns.
