3 Secrets to a Successful Sabbath Rest Day - #93

We live in a toxic culture of ever-present grind mentality. It's something I have to combat on the daily, and recently, God has been working in my hearty to mend this mentality that was seeded in me long ago.

These are the tips I've learned to bring it back

to the basics, and I pray they help you too.

TLDR; Try to enjoy your sabbath rest day like a little kid on a free Friday night or Saturday.
