An Interview with Sam Firstenberg

On this VERY SPECIAL video episode or you could listen to the audio if you are not on Spotify. Phillip had the honor of interviewing Sam Firstenberg and it was a fun and informative conversation. He has directed such movies as Revenge of the Ninja, Ninja III: The Domination, Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo, American Ninja, American Ninja 2, and Avenging Force. Most importantly, and one of the reasons he is on, is to promote the release next year of the new to blu-ray Riverbend (1989) that he also directed. You can pre-order it here: https://shop.reelblack.com/products/riverbend-blu-ray-pre-order-limited-edition

He tells a great story about how him and Michael Dudikoff saved a girl from drowning, and a bunch of behind the scenes stories and how he got into the business.

Come back next week when Phillip will be joined once again by Rob Papp from The Cinemigo's Podcast for a discussion about Night of the Juggler (1980). Thanks for listening and/or watching.
