Let's talk about anger, what makes you irritated, angry or downright enraged, and how you deal with that?

Do you go into unhealthy habits or behaviours?

Let's examine the various ways to cope and how therapy can assist.


Today, technology wasn't cooperating; editing the podcast wasn't happening as smoothly as I would have liked.

Please excuse the audio quality at 9 minutes; however, much as I tried, it wouldn't improve., rather than deleting the episode because of the helpful content, I've published it as it is.

After all, practice doesn't always mean perfection, just like controlling emotions like anger; it simply means that it improves over time.
