With a background in theater, filmmaking, music, writing, dance, gardening, and bodywork, her professional and personal life has been greatly influenced by her fascination with each of our unique stories, practices of embodiment and creativity, and connections to the natural world.
Katy holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Somatics, from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.
