In this episode we argue that, even in the public sector, it is crucial to shift the focus from “do I have the budget for this?” to “is this the right thing to do?”—while still acknowledging the need for budget documents and the reality of limited resources for serving citizens. Examples include Buurtzorg and NAV, a government agency that supports jobseekers and people on sick leave.
