Grieving can come in many ways or forms, sometimes you don't know what to expect and it can feel like a roller coaster of emotions if you don't take the time you need to begin the healing process. In this episode I share about my own journey going through the grieving process after loosing my father just a few weeks ago. It's a vulnerable episode, and one that I was not so sure about releasing but since we keep it real on here I felt this will help someone who might be going through the same experience.
