The first Organic wine farm in South Africa. I was fortunate enough to get an insight into the workings of the farm, the hard work and perseverance of a passion, and how it all ties together to produce some of the best wines and brandies in the country. The chickens on the farm are REALLY free-range and make their way into the recording so please excuse the noise, if you're interested in Organic best practices and yummy wines and Brandies this is a good one...
