Kelsey started teaching yoga in June of 2020 and has taught at various studios across the country. She focuses heavily on mindfulness through the practice of Bhakti flow yoga and on building personal connections within the yoga community. She is a yoga retreat host and a publishing professional outside of the yoga studio.
