Shadows are not just the dark shapes you see on the wall. Matias says they appear wherever light meets something solid, and the same happens inside us. Our emotions create inner shadows when they touch memories we never finished processing. They show up when we react bigger than the moment, or when something tiny feels strangely familiar.
Just like an eclipse reveals what daylight hides, inner shadows reveal what we have been avoiding. They distort things not to scare us, but to help us understand where our story got stuck. And even though they feel uncomfortable, they are made of the same light we carry. Shadow and light always come together.
Inner shadows repeat through patterns, habits, and relationships until we finally decide to follow the thread back to the beginning. When we do, the distortion fades and clarity appears. The shadow turns back into light.
Shadows are not mistakes or enemies. They are signs showing where your light bent around an old memory. When you follow the feeling back to its source, the pattern breaks, the fear dissolves, and the shadow becomes understanding.
These texts and audios are inspired by Matias De Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020 / 21. Today we explore the theme SHADOWS, representing Day 119 in Scorpio Constellation, under the vibration of I Desire, during the Physical Week.
