In this episode I had the pleasure to chat with Sally about her journey through personal mental health challenges, and how she turned her unique surname into a connection to talking about mental health (all whilst conquering some incredible adventures along the way).

Sally is an inspirational speaker and happy to bring her unique approach to changing the lives of those she engages with. She absolutely brightened my day during our recording. She is the only person on the planet to complete a marathon on every continent in fancy dress (as different pieces of fruit!), which gives you a flavour of her colourful personality.
