In this episode, Katherine speaks to a man who has done it all in his sport - Sir Andrew Strauss. He was part of the historic 2005 Ashes winning team, captain by 2009 before finally calling time on his playing career when England lost their number one Test ranking in 2012 - that magical summer wasn't for everyone! Andrew discusses his successful techniques as a leader, after becoming the first director of England cricket, eventually overseeing the team's return to number one in the world!

Katherine also gets top tips on the management and development of athletes from GB head coaches Paula Dunn of British Athletics and Greg Baker of British Para Table Tennis.
