Hello Beautiful,
Your body is changing. Your hormones are shifting. Your emotions are flowing. And your thoughts are spinning. For some, the journey of perimenopause and menopause feels smooth and natural. For others, it feels rough and jarring and out of control. But one common thing that connects us is this: we are transitioning. From one season of life to the next. And no matter how bumpy that ride can be for some of us, we are made to do this.Â
I’m Katie, the creator of the Women’s Meditation Network and for almost a decade, I’ve been creating meditations for women all over the world. I’m approaching 50 and though I haven’t quite walked through the doors of menopause yet, I know I’m standing on its precipice. It’s part of my regular conversations with friends who are in it and on the other side and I regularly get requests from community members who crave meditations to help them through this transition. Â
So welcome to Meditation for Menopause & Perimenopause. Here you’ll find guided meditations to help support your own unique journey right now, all with the intentions of helping you manage, process and ultimately honor your own menopause and perimenopause journey. Welcome. I’m so grateful you’re here with me. Â
The light in me honors the light in you, Beautiful.Â
Katie
