Episode 2 Ayodhyakanda
The book begins with the return of Lord Rama, his wife Sita, and his brother Lakshmana to Ayodhya after defeating the demon king Ravana. However, soon after their return, a series of events lead to Lord Rama being exiled from the kingdom for 14 years. Lord Rama accepts his exile and leaves Ayodhya, accompanied by Sita and Lakshmana. They spend time in various hermitages and encounter several sages and divine beings during their exile. Meanwhile, back in Ayodhya, Lord Rama's father, King Dasaratha, falls ill and dies, leaving the kingdom in turmoil. Lord Rama's younger brother, Bharata, is unwilling to accept the throne and instead goes in search of Lord Rama to bring him back to Ayodhya. The book ends with Lord Rama's return to Ayodhya and his coronation as the king, bringing happiness and prosperity to the kingdom once again. Overall, Ayodhyakanda is a story of love, loyalty, and sacrifice, and teaches the importance of duty, honor, and devotion to one's family and kingdom.
