This is a podcast preview of our next concert, which will be on Sunday, May 5 2013 at 2:00 pm in Lexington MA, in Cary Hall, 1605 Massachusetts Avenue. The Music Director will give a pre-concert talk at 1:30, in which the Matthew LaRocca, the composer of the piece to receive its world premiere, will join him.
The concert will feature the brand new work Arctic Voices, by LaRocca; an appearance by 12-year-old trumpet wunderkind Geoffrey Gallante (performing a work written by Buckley); and works by Ticheli, Grainger, Gordon Jacob, film composer Rossano Galante, and Robert Sheldon.
