Rachel Cogan, a rebel and spiritual warrior rolled into one package. She always felt like an outsider due to her aversion to societal norms. She dived into alternative cultures, sensing a deeper purpose within her. This led to a turbulent period of substance abuse in her youth.
Her journey took an unexpected turn when she became a mother and then later reconnected with plant medicine in an intentional way.
Both these things revealed a world of love and compassion for herself she never knew she had.
Today, Rachel operates a small business in Ottawa, Ontario, where she helps others discover the healing potential of microdosing with mushrooms.
She also leads monthly cacao and microdosing hikes, guiding seekers on their own path to self-love.
