In today's episode, I talk about self-image and how we show up as related to our physical appearance which is shaped by our perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes towards ageing, body confidence, and personal expression. Embracing self-acceptance, nurturing a positive body image, and celebrating individuality is what is going to help us with developing a healthy and empowering self-image during this transformative stage of life called midlife. By prioritising self-care, self-expression, and authenticity, women in midlife can cultivate a positive self-image that reflects their inner strength, beauty, and resilience. Self-image is a fundamental aspect of our psychological and emotional wellbeing, influencing how we perceive ourselves, interact with others, and navigate life's challenges. It empowers us to pursue our goals with confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. And this is what I want for you.
