Welcome to My People Garden
My word of the year for 2025 is Elevate. I chose this word, not because it implies climbing, but it also means in my opinion, that I have to raise the bar on myself. In other words, being stagnant is a choice, but it does not get me where I am supposed to be in life. I don't think Jesus served his role being comfortable with just being. He knew that he was chosen to elevate in life. We are no different. Whether we answer that calling, again, it is a choice. As long as we have the first word in the E-Effect series in mind - Emmanuel, and we are willing to evaluate where we are in life, then we can begin the journey of elevating who we are and our effect in our communities around us. Let's sow and grow - in Our People Garden!
