The foundation of your being starts within, when we think of LOVE often times it is connected with the feeling someone else provides US. When is the last time you stopped to look in the mirror just to say "I LOVE YOU" ? Self-LOVE teaches us what to accept vs what's a NO, it is the setting of boundaries and extents we are willing to go to.
