The world is changing and in order to survive, we must adapt.  Adaptation is what will ensure the survival of our species and this also means that we must deal with change.  Life is constantly changing, and so should our minds in order to keep up with this change.

Accepting Change Mind Fit Podcast 51 with Robert Aceves and Neil Babins.  This 51st episode,Accepting Change, is about the current changes in the world and how we can cope with change in a more efficient way.  We all experience the world in different ways and so it is natural that we all want to act in different ways, however, we all live on the same planet and realizing that our home is in danger is the first step towards healing humanity.  This podcast also talks about the importance of taking good care of ourselves so we can maintain a healthy mindset.

Accepting Change explains the many different things we can do to overcome our current limitations that may arise in our daily lives and come up with a plan to overcome them now and make the changes necessaries to keep our goals alive, by doing whatever it takes to make things happen (as long as we are not hurting others).  And what we can do to improve ourselves, our life styles and also understand where our problems may be coming from.
