The saying goes "the eyes are the window to the soul", and so eyes gazing is a way to learn to look inside other people's souls and what we find ultimately is ourselves. Today we will talk about this marvelous technique to sit in front of somebody else and just gaze at their eyes, without talking, and seeing what happens to us. There are tremendous benefits to this practice and we believe everyone needs that today more than ever.
In this video you can see what happens to strangers when they try gazing at each other's eyes for 30 seconds: https://youtu.be/nokJL3VC2SQ
