On this episode of Mind Matters, Ethan, Ben, and Kabir sat down with Jason Marotzke to discuss all things therapy. They discuss the stigma of therapy, resolve misconceptions about therapy, and illuminate what therapy looks like and what to expect.


Jason is a leader in the therapy and counseling profession. He has served on the North Dakota School Counselor Association Board and as a board member of the American Counseling Association Midwest Region. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor for The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Additionally, he is also a mental health speaker who has spoken at many universities and mental health organizations.
