Supporting a partner or a family member with depression , DO's and Don'ts

Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease your ability to function at work and at home.

In today’s podcast episode Rachida talks with Dr.Astera Brylka about How to support a partner or a family member

Dr Astera Brylka was originally trained as a psychologist and later she continued her career in Academia in different countries, including Finland, Switzerland, and the UK. Now she is a Love & Relationship Coach who is passionate about helping busy IT/data science/finance single male professionals to find someone to love and have a happy and committed relationship with.
