In this episode Christy guides you through a mindfulness meditation where you explore with your posture and how it effects your concentration skill.

Key points:

  • When it comes to practicing mindfulness, what we discover is our posture matters. When we have a slouched posture, we tend to lose our concentration quicker than if we had an alert posture. 

  • For some of us, it may be easier to concentrate when we close our eyes so we can really take in all the sounds around us or notice what it feels like in our body to breathe. 

  • When practicing mindfulness, an alert posture is important because it can help us concentrate better.
