27. soul tool: eft tapping

In this week’s Soul Tool, we’re exploring EFT Tapping, a simple, body-based practice that helps calm the nervous system, release stored emotion, and bring you back into balance.

EFT, Tapping or Emotional Freedom Techniques, combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with mindful awareness of what you’re feeling. It’s a beautiful way to help your body process stress and emotion instead of carrying it. In this episode, I’ll share how tapping works, why it’s so effective for calming the body, and how you can use it to regulate your energy and find safety in the present moment.

You’ll also be guided through a short tapping practice for stress, something you can do anytime, anywhere, to help your body soften and exhale. Whether you’re completely new to tapping or you’ve used it before, this is a space to slow down, learn, and experience what it feels like to create safety through your own touch.

This isn’t about fixing or forcing anything. It’s about meeting yourself with compassion and reminding your body that it’s safe to feel. Sometimes, a few gentle taps and a single deep breath can change everything.
