Some names carry more than just letters—they carry love, connection, and the weight of what could have been. In this episode, I introduce you to Neilsa, my cousin who was stillborn and I know would have been an amazing friend. Now, she’s becoming part of my business in a way that feels right.


I’ll be sharing why you’ll start seeing diary entries signed with her name, what they represent, and how they reflect the real struggles and triumphs of women navigating ADHD, emotional regulation, and productivity. Some entries will be inspired by true stories, some by my clients, and others by the collective experiences of women like us. But all of them will be honest, raw, and real.
