In this episode we're joined by Dr. Amanda Satov, ND. Amanda is a Toronto native with a passion for food and a love for all things that support this journey we are on. She believes in the powers of what we put in our body, and who and what we surround ourselves with.
Her path to Naturopathic Medicine started from a young age, cooking in her Bubby’s kitchen, where she began to learn the powerful effects food can have on both our bodies and souls.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, Amanda focuses on the foundations of health; sleep, movement, food and connection. She views health as a collaboration for you to feel empowered in your wellness. When we listen to our bodies, are loved well and well nourished, anything is possible. The ways she enjoys life include but are certainly not limited to; sharing a good meal with people she loves, exploring the beauty of this planet, watching her baby boy grow, and getting to witness the everyday magic in the gratitude of her patients.
