In this episode we're joined by Kevin Sykes who came to Canada in 1994 to see an old friend after graduating from University. He fell in love with Canada and his future wife Karen. Sadly, Karen passed away from stomach cancer 5 years ago this coming May. Kevin shares his journey of moving through grief as he raises his two beautiful daughters and shows them the power of positivity.
