It slowly disrupts your mind patterns without your knowledge and you end up facing issues like anxiety, lack of concentration, disturbed sleep, disturbed mind and restlessness. Whether you are chatting endlessly on WhatsApp or scrolling through social media, if you lack self-control then you are in great trouble.
