Want to get out of Social Media Addiction? Then Listen Up!

Listen to 5 powerful tips on how to be mindful on social media and why is it necessary right now in this pandemic. Let's be honest with ourselves and agree that we do indulge in social media for hours. It's great if you know your intentions, but most times we get sidetracked by unwanted content that excites our brain to binge-watch.

I do it, you do it. But as a content creator myself, I had to put a barrier or time limit on how much I can use it. I do slip out of my intentions at times, but these mindfulness tips and practices help me be conscious of my usage.
