Most people only know about the postures or Asanas when it comes to Yoga, and some know about Chakras and Pranayama, but even less know about Kriyas, Bandhas, and Mudras. Here, you will get an introduction to some of the other lesser known parts of yoga. Still valuable but a lot harder to perform which is probably the reason most people do not know about it. Nonetheless, I believe awareness is power. So listen up and let me know your thoughts.
