Most of the problems come from unmet expectations. Things have to be a certain way for someone to feel good. I need to, I have to, I should. They’re going to be disappointed.

If we don’t know something, if we do not see it for what it is, we filter our reality through our way looking at things in our perspectives, and we do not see anything else that is out of our awareness unless we start to question things.

They are inherited through culture, from our family, our teachers and religion, I could not question things for a long time… once I realised when things weren’t working the way I was expecting… then I started to question… it took me a while… the expectations I had… I was so conditioned…
