Met deze vuur ademhaling nodig ik je uit om je te verbinden met je derde chakra. Het derde chakra bevindt zich ter hoogte van je navel, en wordt ook wel zonnevlecht of solar plexus genoemd. Ik noem het ook wel je kracht centrum. Het derde chakra is verbonden met het element vuur en met de kwaliteiten: daadkracht, actie, verteren.

De visualisaties zijn ter verdieping van zelfkennis op je pad naar individuatie / zelfrealisatie.
