If you are a teenager, you must have experienced 'some' /'lot' of restrictions from your parents that put you in irritation, anger, fight, sadness, at least some times...right?

If you are a parent of a teenager, you must have experienced, your teen to fight back number of times on the suggestions/ instructions/restrictions you put for their betterment,...right?

Being a Teen coach and a mom of teenage girl, i encountered both the perspectives. 

Being a mom, i used to feel exactly like you, dear parents!

But my years experience and learning on child and human psychology on development , brought a great powerful solution , what i implemented first on my daughter.

When I talked to heron this solution, she too liked and agreed and it worked at least 60 % at first instance.

I implemented it again and again and guess what, it works 80%- 90% for both of us to come to a single point and the biggest achievement is, it improved my daughter as a better growing persona, it improved me as an empathizing and connecting parent!

What else we need?

I recommended it to number of parents and it brought a  significant change!
