Gareth takes us through early life in Karate before realising that cross training in different styles of Martial Arts is the way forward, he also gives us a glimpse into the darker side of business and combat sports itself, whether that be the politics of governing bodies, dodgy business partners or a coach that isn't quite straight with you.
