The couple behind Middle Eats, Obi and Salma, join Moghamra for an insightful conversation on how they started and becoming YouTube's #1 Middle Eastern cooking channel. As two Egyptian foodies, they’ve built an international community around the love of Middle Eastern food.From starting a cooking YouTube channel during the lockdown to hosting vibrant cooking events and writing their first cookbook, Obi and Salma have taken their passion for food to new heights. The couple takes us behind the scenes of developing their recipes to share what it truly means to pour your love and passion into a dish.
