She tells us how it has benefited not only her kids but her own mental health as well. On top of that, Kristi lives in one of the rainiest and snowiest parts of the country, so she’s sharing strategies she uses to get their outside hours during those less than desirable weather conditions.

She is a mom to four kids (ages 7, 5, 3, and 8 months). She lives in upstate New York, in the snowiest metropolitan area in the United States. She describes her family as being an outside family, and spending as much time exploring and enjoying nature as they can.
