Happy 2021! Gratitude Affirmations Every Mom Should Say DAILY This Year

Hey girl hey! Happy 2021! I am finally coming up for air hunni. Ya girl has been WORKING. I'm so in awe of God right now and the way that He is orchestrating my life. So my word for this year is: GRATITUDE.

In this episode I'm giving you a sneak peek into the Fit Mommi Challenge that we're doing over on MommiNation.com. I am of course helping out with the mental and spiritual aspects of "getting fit". We getting our minds right this year girl!

Check out these affirmations that I recorded giving thanks. In the middle of the day, in the middle of your toddler's fourth temper tantrum, girl when you feel like cyring...whip these out, listen and take a deep breath.
