Hi friends! Today I am joined by Dr. Rebecca Cohen, @fullcircleholistic, as she shares her 5 birth stories, her journey supporting women as an OB to a more aligned independent home birth approach, and healing her postpartum pelvic floor.

I first began following Rebecca after hearing her full story on the Free Birth Society Podcast and my mind was kinda blown. Then, I recently stumbled upon a beautiful, undisturbed birth (@humblymarij -episode 10 if you'd like to listen to the birth story) to which Rebecca was her birth attendant! I knew I had to invite her on!

I'm so impressed by Rebecca's journey because she's a real testament to what it can look like leaving the medical system and trusting your body, while living in your authority and authenticity.
