DA. Det meditative stadie opnås ved at holde et singulært fokus over tid. Til denne meditation er fokus at forbinde det naturlige åndedræt med en tælling fra 1 til 50 eller fra 50 til 1. Om og om igen for at indlede et mildt og roligt fokus. Denne metode er simpel, men kan være udfordrende at holde fokus om. Du kan altid starte med meditationen ‘Counting 10’ og efter noget tid komme tilbage til denne version. Se om du kan slippe tanken om at du er færdig, når du når et bestemt tal - lad i stedet være tælling til principielt uendelighed være fokus. God fornøjelse.
