Episode 20 : It's Okay to Walk

You're going to have good days and bad days. Days you quite frankly just don't feel like running. Days where your legs are tired and feel like lead pipes. RUN anyway. Just know it is OKAY to walk if you have to.

Tune in to learn my struggle with walking in the middle of a run and what I do to overcome it.
