ONE: "What's your opinion? [to bartender] "I'll take a Negroni. Just poured." The bartender, Arianna, looks back at One and smiles.

1oz gin

1oz Campari

1oz sweet vermouth

1. Fill mixing glass with ice

2. Add gin, Campari and vermouth and stir

3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon twist if desired
