Afia is a wife of 15 years with three children aged 7, 6 and 3 who are and always have been homeschooled by me. For 7 years she has run her own award-winning 6-figure business specialising in Floral Design and Event styling: www.afmenaevents.co.uk. Prior to being a full-time business owner, she had a teaching profession with a specialism in Psychology and Child Development. Her successful teaching career spanned 8 years and by the age of 24 she became Head of Department.
When Covid 19 hit the UK, whilst we were under Lockdown, she found herself in the position of being a Homeschooling Expert speaker on various platforms, giving guidance and support to parents thrown into teaching their children and working from home. Two things she has always done. That was when she launched Mrs TeacHER and since then she been helping #bossmums learn how to serve their own needs and achieve their goals, whilst meeting the needs of their family; so that they pour out from a place of Abundance and Overflow.
