L’association SEDD créé des bibliothèques mobiles, mène des actions de formation et, depuis 2015, organise le Concours national de la meilleure bibliothèque au Cameroun. Dans cet entretien avec Christian Elongué, le bibliothécaire Christophe Tatdja Tchuingue, coordonnateur de SEDD, dresse l’état des lieux des bibliothèques pour la jeunesse au Cameroun ainsi que les obstacles et solutions locales développées pour faciliter l'accès au livre auprès des jeunes.
