Carpe Diem Baby - Metallica

Carpe Diem Baby - Metallica

When talking about living one’s truth and living one’s life, I believe that as human I should be given the absolute freedom to live that truth the way I want to, and that’s exactly what I did during this time in my life. However, it took me a long time and a lot of suffering to realize that freedom to "perform action" does not mean freedom from the consequences of that action. Speaking for only myself, I personally believe that in all things there is a right way to do something, and a wrong way. A right way to “perform” Carpe Diem… and a wrong way. I was performing Carpe Diem the wrong way.

"I just said, 'Up yours, baby!'"

 "Watch your mouth, man."

"I can say any damn thing I want!

These two separate quotes were taken from the song, "Electric Head, Pt.2 (The Ecstasy) White Zombie Astro Creep: 2000 Songs of Love, Destruction, and Other Synthetic Delusions of the Electric Head.

"Time is envious and running away, now let's live it up while we may." - Dee Snyder Tomorrow's No Concern
