14. 3 Steps to Create Your Perfect Mantra With Guided Meditation to Set Your Intention and Get Started Today
Center, and connect with your breath--set your intention to open your heart to receive the mantra that will best serve you now.
1. Write down a negative thought or feeling you have.
Example: "There's no point in recording this podcast everyday because nobody cares."
2. Draw a single line through that sentence--cancelling it as false.
3. Reconstruct the first sentence into a positive truth. This is rewiring your brain (rewriting your script)!
Example: "It's important for me to share my podcast so that I can turn my transformation into many transformations and serve many people."
Boom! Writing a mantra is that simple!
The sanskrit mantra I shared is:
Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
It means: Truth is my name, truth is who I am.
