28. Daily Ritual Time Block Schedule for Stay at Home Mom Entrepreneurs to Be Consistent

Because the only moment we have is right now. I'm your host Sarah: registered yoga and meditation teacher, childbirth educator and doula, home birth Mama, procrastinator turned consistency queen, and creator of the Mystic Mother portal. To remember your true nature and ability to alchemize and live in harmony with yourself and the wise woman within. To remember your soul and hear her voice. This is your time. To recharge and reconnect your head to your heart.

This episode is all about getting clear about the small actions you need to take daily in order to create the habits which will feed and cultivate the life your are dreaming of. If you fail to plan you plan to fail. It's so damn true. I hate to say it, but it is. We are creatures of habit and if we aren't paying attention our energy will leak into actions that are not in support of who we want to be. Our energy will literally be sucked from us by unconscious thoughts and actions that are not in true alignment with what we want, rather they are manifestations of patterns and programs we have been conditioned with. Sometimes these are healthy and sometimes not so much.

Take the time to get clear about what you need to do each day to feel accomplished and good about yourself so that you can have the tools to take the thinking out of the equation and just follow the plan that gives you satisfaction. This is what builds momentum and subsequently boosts your motivation to evolve and grow yourself.

Having a morning ritual and a bedtime ritual is so crucial! IT WILL SERIOUSLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Nothing changes if you don't. It's true. And it's the little actions you take repetitively that culminate the big changes over time. Rome was not built in a day. One block at a time. Time block that is (pun intended).
